The Perch by Skylight
The Perch is an unexpected urban oasis set atop THE PENN DISTRICT. A weatherproofed pavilion offers a fully-equipped lounge venue and cocktail bar, while outdoor environments include landscaped lawn, hardscaped gathering zones, and purpose-built seating throughout.
Both indoor and outdoor spaces have exceptional sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and landmarks such as the Empire State Building, the World Trade Center, and the Statue of Liberty.

The Galleria by Skylight
The Galleria is a multi-story anchor located on 6th Avenue between 33rd Street and 32nd Street. Its expansive 200K square foot canvas across three levels becomes a playground for creative production and high foot traffic events up to 2,000 guests.

The Loft at Moynihan Train Hall
The Loft at Moynihan Train Hall is a flexible jewel box in the heart of Manhattan's energetic epicenter. The landmarked McKim, Mead & White-designed post office in midtown Manhattan – a former Skylight venue hosting the likes of NYFW and Nike events – has reopened as Moynihan Train Hall, the crown jewel of Midtown’s redevelopment.
8K+ square feet of available space directly overlooking the iconic train hall floor can be activated in conjunction with PENN DISTRICT programs, for standalone events, or for an immersive, branded takeover offering high consumer engagement and visibility within one of the nation’s busiest hubs.
